RETURN & CHANGE

Dear Customer,

You should pay attention to the following points for the return and change of the product you purchase.

1. You can completely fill out  the ''Return and Change Form'' on the rear side of the original invoice sent to you to return and change the product you purchase (provided not to be used, damaged, torn, deformed, contaminated, stained, washed, barcode or price tag not removed, original package, box or package not torn or damaged, lost its reselling characteristics with all accessories and  SECURITY LABELS NOT REMOVED)  and send it with the product you want to return and change within 14 days following the receipt date of the order to the courier company with which we have an agreement for ''free''.  (Product(s) out of these conditions will not be accepted as return and change and will be sent back to you at your own courier expenses. )

2. When we receive your delivery, our relevant department will check and examine the compliance of your product with return and change conditions and you will be informed via e-mail or SMS.

3. Following the approval of your return and change procedures, relevant amount will be refunded in 10 days through the payment channel you have used and you will be informed via e-mail or SMS.  (Extension of refund duration depends completely on the bank and it is not possible for our company to intervene in your bank.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: In case the invoice of the product(s) you want to return or change is corporate (legal entity), return invoice should be issued as product unit price + VAT without including the cargo share. Furthermore
