Our membership page will appear when you click on ''Member Login / Facebook Login / Sign Up'' button in ''My Account'' section located at the right top of our web site. You can make membership transactions by filling out the form on the pop-up window completely. No need to pay any fee to subscribe to our web site.

How can I do shopping?

Click on the product you choose, select the color and body size and click on the link ''Add to Cart''. You can delete the products in your cart by clicking on the link ''Remove from Cart'' and you are directed to payment page by clicking on link ''Pay''.  

Enter the Invoice and Delivery addresses on payment page and select payment type (Credit Card and Bank Card, Paying at the door with Credit Card, Paying at the door with Cash, TRANSFER/EFT, BKM Express). It is required to enter your credit card details for credit card and ATM card options.

Read Pre-Information Conditions and Distance Sales Contract and mark the check box and complete your order by clicking on the link ''Complete Order''.

Can I make shopping from your web site without membership?

Yes, you can. You can also make shopping from our web site as a visitor without membership. However, we recommend you to become a member to benefit from the advantages we offer to our members and follow the special opportunities.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

When you forget your password, click on ''Forgot My Password'' link on the screen you have tried to login to create a new password. When you enter your e-mail address you use when signing up in our web site, necessary link to create a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.

I want to change my password, what should I do?

When you want to change your password, first of all, sign in with your e-mail address and your current password. Then, click ''Change my Password'' tab on ''My Account'' screen. You can change your password by entering your new password for 2 times here.

How can I update my membership information?

After you have signed in with your e-mail address and password, you can update all of your membership information by clicking on the ''My Personal Information'' tab on ''My Account'' screen.

How can I cancel my Web Site membership?

You can easily cancel your membership by sending us e-mail from ''Contact'' section located at the bottom part of the web site.

Preservation of Contract

Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Contract established online between the seller and buyer regarding the product or service you have purchased will be submitted to you via order confirmation e-mail.  These documents will be also kept on www.alchera.com for 3 years. It won't be possible to access distance sales contract over the web site after the sale is completed.
