Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays and before 10:00 on Saturday are sent to cargo on the same day and orders placed after these hours are sent to cargo on the next working day. 

Due to the busy schedule on discount seasons, period for sending to the cargo may change between 4-7 working days. Products sent to the cargo are delivered within 1-3 working days under normal conditions. 

Delivery of your order may vary up to 7 working days depending on the correctness of your delivery address and city of province. You can learn the average delivery times and remote regions to which delivery can not be made over the web site of the cargo company Aras Kargo

You can access the preparation stages of your order from ''My Orders'' page in ''My Account'' section if you have a member account. If you have not a member account, you can access the relevant details regarding your order from  "My Orders"  that is located on information panel at the bottom of the main page or activated after e-mail notification regarding that the order is sent to the cargo.

Orders with the amount of TRY 500 and above are sent by cargo for free. Orders remaining below this amount is sent to everywhere in Turkey for a cargo price of  TRY 8 . Besides, when you select of the payment options ''cash at the door'' or ''credit card at the door'', extra service price for  TRY 7  requested by Aras Kargo for paying at the door is taken automatically. 

In case you are absent at the given address, your package is delivered to the nearest branch and an information note is left for you. You must receive your package from the stated branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order is returned to us. You can request the redelivery of your returned order within 2 working days. In such case, cargo price will be requested from you again and your order will be sent again to you with counter-payment.

Points to consider during delivery;

When your order is delivered to your address, we recommend that you unwrap the cargo package and control the product after you have signed the cargo delivery form. If there are any faults in the contents of the package or products are damaged or deformed please ask the courier person to prepare a ''Damage Report'' and contact with us on the issue.

Every order is sent to the cargo with its invoice. Your invoice is delivered to you within a transparent plastic pocket bag out of the parcel including your order. In case you invoice is not included within your order for any reason, repeat your request for invoice to the courier person. For the invoices that are not delivered although requested, have a report prepared and inform us on the issue. Thus, we can send the original invoice or ''true copy of the original'' as soon as possible to your address.
