Designs are registered in Turkish Patent Institute and secured within the framework of Decree Law no. 554 concerning the protection of the industrial designs. Designs may not exactly and similarly be produced, exhibited and sold by third parties without obtaining consent.

Legal and criminal actions will be applied for the ones acting contrary.
