Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays and before 10:00 on Saturday are sent to cargo on the same day and orders placed after these hours are sent to cargo on the next working day. Due to the busy schedule on discount seasons and special days, period for sending to the cargo may change between 4-7 working days. Products sent to the cargo are delivered within 1-3 working days under normal conditions.

You can send the product you have purchased to the cargo company with which we have contract for ''free'' within 14 days following the delivery date of your order by filling out completely the ''Return and Change Form'' given on the back of the original invoice sent to you for return and change process (provided that the product keeps its resalable characteristics and its SAFETY RIBBON IS NOT REMOVED).
